🚀 Who Am I?

I’m Ravindu Chamika, a Cybersecurity Enthusiast and undergraduate student at SLIIT, specializing in Cyber Security. My passion for security and ethical hacking has led me to explore various domains, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, DevSecOps, blockchain security, and cyber forensics.

With hands-on experience in ethical hacking, security automation, and blockchain-based security solutions, I am dedicated to researching and developing advanced security mechanisms to combat modern cyber threats.

🔍 Research & Development

I am actively engaged in cybersecurity research, particularly in blockchain security. My current research focuses on developing a Blockchain Vulnerability Assessment Tool that performs static analysis to detect and assess vulnerabilities in smart contracts. The goal is to enhance smart contract security by identifying weaknesses before deployment, reducing the risk of exploits in decentralized applications (dApps).

💡 Projects & Innovations

Beyond research, I have worked on several advanced projects in cybersecurity and blockchain technology, including:

  • Decentralized File Sharing System – A blockchain-based secure file-sharing platform, that ensures privacy, data integrity, and access control.
  • Blockchain-Based Authentication System – A decentralized identity verification system, eliminates traditional authentication risks and enhances security.
  • Bug Bounty Hunting – Actively participating in ethical hacking programs, discovering vulnerabilities, and contributing to security improvements.
  • User Awareness Center Development – Creating a cybersecurity awareness platform to educate users on phishing attacks, social engineering, and best security practices.
  • GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Documentation – Assisting in developing and documenting security policies, risk management strategies, and compliance frameworks for organizations.

🎯 My Goal

My mission is to bridge the gap between cybersecurity research and real-world application by developing practical security solutions, educating others, and contributing to the cybersecurity community. Through this blog, I aim to provide a 0-to-hero roadmap for learners, offering insights into penetration testing, ethical hacking, blockchain security, and cybersecurity awareness.
